Summer School Kids Connection
SKC is a state licensed childcare program that operates with a low staff to child ratio. The ratio is 1:12 at most of our sites. This allows us to give personal attention to each child that is enrolled and enables our staff to supervise them closely.
Please note: SKC registration is not open at this time. We plan to have a decision made by the end of the month (April) regarding the new registration date and the program start date.

Locations and Hours
Summer SKC will have two locations. Holcomb Camp will be held at the DWR Facility and the Butterfield Camp will be held at Butterfield Elementary. SKC operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Registration for those currently enrolled in SKC will begin Monday April 1st. Registration must be completed at the Boys & Girls Club business desk prior to your child attending the program.
Children will be offered a variety of activities each day including: board games, arts and crafts, outside play (weather permitting), card games and recreational activities. Children will also participate in weekly field trips. Lunch will be provided each day at the Owl Creek Elementary cafeteria unless otherwise announced and daily afternoon snacks will be provided.
A schedule will be posted each week giving the time and location of all field trips. Field trips include bowling, skating, swimming, miniature golf, trips to the library, local parks, movie theater and FunCity.
All participants must have a membership to the Donald W. Reynolds Boys and Girls Club that will remain active for the duration of the program and pay a yearly SKC registration fee. Student Memberships are $60 and the SKC registration fee is $30 per year.
Full time tuition is $130 a week for the first child and a discount for each additional child. Members attending 3 or more days per week are considered full-time. A drop-in rate of $25 per day is also available for those attending on 1 to 2 days per week.
Tuition payments must be made by the listed deadlines or your registration will be cancelled. Payments can be made in person at the Boys & Girls Club business desk, over the phone with a Debit/Credit Card or mailed to the Club.
